What if your switchboard console finally gives up?

Is your console unreliable and difficult to maintain? Are you panicking about it failing on you? If it does, patient calls won’t be answered and the hospital is unobtainable. Worse still, engineers and spare parts are, at best, hard to find and eye-wateringly expensive, and at worst, obsolete and impossible to obtain. It’s time to face facts. To take the first step, you can overlay a Netcall switchboard solution. The console is the greatest risk, so that must be tackled first. This buys you some time and breathing space before you need a new PBX upgrade. This might be expensive but at least you have mitigated the immediate risks of a complete communications failure.
